
Dr. Doreen Escobar is an expert in leadership development, coaching, and foresight. Her research focuses on leadership, the pedagogy of solidarity within a womanist theological framework, and social foresight. She explores disruptive leadership from a biblical perspective, challenging leaders to confront and replace marginalized conditions with more empowering options. With over 15 years of experience in church and corporate settings, Dr. Escobar has developed and implemented leadership programs, working with organizational leaders to enhance their growth strategies. She is passionate about advocating for individuals with potential who lack opportunity and developmental resources. Dr. Escobar currently serves as a minister at Greater Highway Deliverance Ministries International and is a member of Highway Church in Paterson, New Jersey. She holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University, a Master of Arts in Religious Education from New York Theological Seminary, and several professional certifications in leadership development and coaching.
