The Kingdom Theological Seminary is the First Seminary of Its Kind!

The KTS Difference

Research suggests that over 95% of all pastors and church leaders have no theological training.1 And when it comes to African Americans, this number goes up substantially! The research also suggests that there is possibly a high barrier to entry for clergy to receive a formal theological training.

Hence, there is a tremendous void for theological training for black and brown clergy worldwide.

KTS is considered to be a disruptive seminary that takes a holistic approach to theological training and is designed to prepare you for actual hands-on instruction that is customized to your ministry needs.

It has been discovered that nearly 85% of course work and study in traditional seminaries are not relevant to the local church. KTS is designed to prepare you for 21st century ministry that is based upon your interests, areas, and focuses in ministry.

What else makes KTS different from other seminaries?

It's affordable

It's the place where you can study for the rest of your life, without student loans for the rest of your life.

It's achievable

It offers 8-week courses, which caters to the needs of adult education.

It's accessible

It offers courses both online and on campus. You can enroll in KTS no matter where you are in the world!

It's credible

The faculty and staff consist of major scholarly practitioners in the Body of Christ with earned doctorates and formal graduate theological degrees in related fields of study.

The mission of KTS is to prepare 21st century Kingdom-minded leaders that provide life transforming ministry through sound biblical Kingdom theology.

No. There are about 40 accrediting organizations that are recognized by the U.S. Dept. of Education. The requirements for joining one of these are many and varied. The biggest of these are capital, real estate, library and income sources. These are very difficult for smaller and midrange Bible colleges and seminaries to meet. Many Bible colleges and seminaries cannot meet or choose not to meet these requirements. In our case, our objective is to make available Christian education affordable and accessible. In the future, however, KTS does intend to pursue accreditation. If you are looking for a solid Kingdom theological education from a credible school and need to do so without travel and expense, the Kingdom Theological Seminary is the place for you.
