The letters can be confusing. Here is a simple guide to the bachelor degree courses and associate programs on this page.

  1. Associate (AA, AS, AAS)

A two-year, 60-hour degree. Some prepare you to work fast. Others transfer into a four-year bachelor degree at KTS or another school.

  2. BA (Bachelor of Arts)

A BA degree focuses on people, communication, and leadership. Our BA programs include Organizational Leadership and Humanitarian Relief.

  3. BS (Bachelor of Science)

A BS builds skills in fields like psychology, computer science, criminal justice, and human services.

  4. BBA and BSN

The BBA focuses on business. The RN to BSN lets working nurses earn a bachelor degree in nursing.
