In a time when many ministries are shifting from a denominational to an independent model, an entrepreneurial mindset is more critical than ever for pastors and church leaders. With traditional institutional support often unavailable, ministry leaders need business acumen to build and grow financially sustainable ministries. The Kingdom Global Executive MBA (KGEMBA) is designed to meet this need, equipping you with the tools to take your vision “from Jerusalem to the uttermost parts of the world” (Acts 1:8).

The KGEMBA is a specialized program for experienced ministry professionals with at least 5 years in a senior or executive role. This program is for working leaders who want to sharpen their strategic skills while continuing their ministry work.
The KGEMBA curriculum is laser-focused on leadership, strategic management, and the unique challenges of global ministry. The coursework was designed by Dr Dana Carson who holds three earned doctorates Degrees. He was also the first full-time clergy to graduate with a Global Executive MBA from the world-class Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
With over 40 years of global, executive leadership Dr. Carson designed this program to emphasize the real-world application of business principles in a ministry context.

A core component of the KGEMBA is its international exposure, including global immersions and networking with diverse leaders from different parts of the world. This is designed to help you take your ministry vision to a global scale.

KGEMBA admissions are based on your significant professional experience. This creates a powerful high-level peer network of accomplished ministry leaders who are all facing similar entrepreneurial challenges. You’ll learn and collaborate with a cohort of your peers, creating a valuable community.

The KGEMBA is structured for immediate application. We encourage you to bring real challenges from your ministry directly into the classroom for discussion and problem-solving. This focus on practical, hands-on learning helps you learn how to establish and grow a ministry that can generate and manage its own financial support.

The KGEMBA is designed for ministry leaders seeking to advance within their organizations and expand their global influence. For church leaders embracing an entrepreneurial mindset, this program provides the tools to not just survive but thrive.
