Dr. Charles E. Perry holds a Bachelor of Ministry and Master’s in Christian Leadership from Union Bible Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry from Christian Bible Institute and Seminary. He is a Board Certified Christian Counselor. In 2015, Dr. Perry became a spiritual son of Bishop Steve Houpe of Harvest Church International in Kansas City, Missouri. He was publicly affirmed as an Apostle in 2019 by Apostle Dr. Dana Carson. As founder of Word of Restoration and leader of TACC, Dr. Perry mentors Five-Fold Kingdom Leaders. A gifted teacher, he applies Scripture to everyday life, embodying the principle, “When Your Life is Restored, You Shall Have Double.”
